Grade 2 artists are busy in their regular classes investigating new artists and art styles. Their current unit of inquiry, “Tell me a Picture” is all about art!
In visual
art class, we have been working on a very special project. It’s a large collaborative
artwork that will be on display for the Grade 2 end of unit art show. Every student in
Grade 2 will have an opportunity to add to the artwork. Students are learning what it
means to collaborate, what kinds of words we use when we collaborate and how it feels to work together!
