Grade 3 Cityscapes are looking brilliant!
Students are considering their use of warm and cool colours.
They are learning how to use a chalk pastel effectively and learning how to blend.
As a part of the city, all students were asked to draw a mosque with a dome roof and crescent (from Dubai now or the future). This has lead to many interesting conversations about the Muslim religon. Our class experts have been teaching us about prayer times, what the crescent means and about special holidays.
