While investigating how we can make colours stand out, or attract attention, we discovered that the colours that are across the colour wheel from each other look very vibrant together! They are
red-green
yellow-violet
orange-blue
Some people found the complements of tertiary colours too. Way to go Grade 5!
We used water colour paint and oil pastels to draw pictures using complementary colours.
